Terms of Use

What you may do with Aabhal, what we promise, and where each side’s responsibility ends.

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Aabhal, a desktop work-diary application published by Aabhal Solutions ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or paying for Aabhal you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install the software.

Your licence

Aabhal is licensed per machine, matching the Keygen policies for subscription and perpetual:

Subscription (monthly). One person, one machine, while the paid month is active. When the term ends, the licence stops running until you renew.

Buy once (perpetual). One person, one machine. The software keeps running. There is no annual maintenance charge; updates we publish remain available to that licence. To move to another computer, deactivate the old machine from your Account first, then activate the new one. A second machine while the first is still active is not allowed unless you hold a second licence (including a free extra licence from the buy wheel, or a bulk-10 purchase).

Bulk purchases of 10 perpetual licences, when offered, are 40% off the single buy-once price. Subscription is sold per month for one machine only.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent out or redistribute Aabhal, share your download link or sign-in details with others, or attempt to remove or defeat the licence check. We keep ownership of the software; you are buying access, not the code.

Your work stays yours

Every note, attachment and project you create in Aabhal belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. Aabhal stores your diary in a local file on your own machine, so day-to-day use does not send your work to us.

What we owe you

We will keep the software available for download throughout your subscription, issue fixes for defects we can reproduce, and give you notice before any change that would materially reduce what the software does.

We do not promise the software is free of every defect, nor that it will suit a purpose you have in mind but have not told us about. Aabhal is a record-keeping tool. It is not a backup system, and it is not a substitute for your own copies of important work.

What you owe us

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, use the software lawfully, and do not use it to store material you have no right to hold.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end your licence if you breach these terms, or if a payment is reversed or charged back. If we end it for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of your term.

Liability

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Aabhal is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
