Aabhal Solutions operates aabhal.com and publishes the Aabhal desktop application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you buy. Your name, email address, phone number and — if you give one — your business name. Our payment provider, Razorpay, also collects the payment details needed to take the money.
When you write to us. Whatever you put in your message, plus your email address so we can reply.
When you visit the site. Standard server and CDN logs: IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps. We use these to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not see the contents of your work diary. Aabhal keeps your projects, notes and attachments in a file on your own computer. They are not uploaded to us, and we have no way to read them.
We never receive your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Those go straight to Razorpay, who are PCI-DSS compliant. We only ever see a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to issue invoices and meet Indian tax and accounting obligations, to answer your support questions, and to tell you about updates to software you are paying for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: Razorpay for payments, our hosting and email providers, and our accountant for statutory filings. Each sees only what its job requires. We may also disclose information where a law or a court requires it.
How long we keep it
Transaction and invoice records for eight years, because Indian tax law requires it. Support correspondence for three years. Server logs for ninety days. If you ask us to delete your account data, we will do so except where a record must be retained for the reasons above.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing email. Write to sandiptl0822@aabhal.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout sets its own cookies while a payment is in progress; those are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Download links are single-purpose and time-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what to do.
Children
Aabhal is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
