Aabhal is sold as a subscription or perpetual licence — ₹99 a month ($1) or ₹999 buy-once ($10), plus 18% GST. There is no annual maintenance charge on the perpetual licence. This policy covers cancelling and getting your money back.
Seven days to change your mind
If Aabhal is not what you expected, write to sandiptl0822@aabhal.com within seven days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, though telling us helps us improve the product.
The seven-day window applies to your first purchase. Renewals are covered by the cancellation section below.
When we will refund outside that window
If a defect stops you using Aabhal and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we will refund the unused part of your term. If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we refund the duplicate in full, always.
When we will not refund
After the seven-day window, for a term you have already used. For a change of mind partway through an annual term. Where your licence was ended because of a breach of the Terms of Use.
Cancelling
Write to sandiptl0822@aabhal.com from the address on your account, or use the cancellation link in any invoice email. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut short the term you have already paid for, and you keep using Aabhal until that term ends.
Cancel at least 48 hours before a renewal date so the charge does not go through. If a renewal charge lands after you cancelled but before we processed it, tell us and we will reverse it.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start them within 3 working days of approving the request. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 5 to 7 working days for cards and UPI, occasionally longer. We cannot speed up that part, but we will give you the refund reference so you can follow it up.
GST charged on a refunded payment is refunded with it.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us suspends the licence while the dispute is open.
