Aabhal is delivered as a download. There is no physical product, no packaging and no shipment, so there is nothing to return and no return address to send it to.
What replaces a return
Where a physical purchase would be returned, a purchase of Aabhal is simply refunded. The full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, but in short: seven days from your first payment, no reason needed, money back to the method you paid with.
Uninstalling
If you cancel, remove Aabhal using your operating system's normal uninstall process. Your diary file stays on your machine — uninstalling the application does not delete your work, and you can back that file up or delete it yourself.
Exchanges
Moving between the monthly and annual plan is not a return. Write to sandiptl0822@aabhal.com and we will adjust your plan and pro-rate the difference at the next renewal.
